Thank you for giving your time and support to the East Oakland Youth Development Center. Your belief in our cause keeps us going strong. We are excited to launch #BETHEPOWER, a campaign to level the playing field for our student’s education, and we're calling on you to be a part of it!
#BETHEPOWER is a community giving campaign that celebrates EOYDC’s long standing efforts to improve and facilitate the education of East Oakland Youth. #BeThePower will run from November 2020 to January 2021. To fully incorporate all of EOYDC’s focus areas and yield maximum donor participation, #BeThePower will be composed of a power-related theme for each month starting with #BRAINPOWER for November.
We are calling on our gracious staff and board members to rally their friends, family and networks to help us raise $50,000 by January 2021 to sustain EOYDC’s legacy of educational excellence. We ask our staff and board members to #BETHEPOWER by changing their signature picture on their email to our monthly theme. Here is a tutorial to change your signature picture.
Getting started is easy to do, and it's fun. We'll even give you all the tools you'll need to make a difference. With your help, I know we can reach our campaign goal by January 2021.
